Do I need an appointment?Preference will be given to those who have a booking, so it is advised to make an appointment to avoid disappointment. Allow approximately 20-25minutes per person.

How long does it take to take photo of my Iris?We take multiple shots of your Iris. Each shot may take around 10 - 20 seconds. On average we take around 20-30 photographs of your Iris under different conditions to ensure we have the best starting point for your unique artwork. You will need to be able to open your eyes wide, keep them open and still and look directly into a lens for 15-30 seconds at a time. You are part of the creative process and it is like sitting for a portrait, so we work together to get the perfect image.

How secure are the images when stored?Typically, we keep the artwork version of your iris for 6 months in case of future orders, changes or updates. Unrequired raw photos are deleted shortly after the artwork is created and we only keep the ones we worked on to create your artwork. With our photography system, biometric recognition of your eye is not possible since the equipment used for biometric purposes provides a 3D scan of the eye and our cameras only create 2D photos of the eye (used for artistic purposes only).
